An assembling machine connected to a molding machine enables just molded hot workpieces to be assembled automatically, guaranteeing a precision level in the 10-micron order. A completely unmanned line – enables high-precision assembly in a short period of time.
Off-line
Making full use of image inspection equipment and related pieces of equipment, we have realized automated high-precision (micron order) assembly and inspection of moldings. Automated feeding of complex-contoured parts – formerly considered impossible – has now become possible.
Design and startup of an automated assembly line
Capable of automatically assembling as many as 12 different parts, this automated line is designed for assembly of multi-variety motor parts. It is also compatible with the lot tracing management system.
